Lucy Sattler

Confessions of a Shopaholic

2. A budget would greatly affect Becky's financial life. If she is constricted to spend a smaller amount of money, her debt wouldn't get out of control. In other words, she couldn't be $9,000 in debt if something was limiting her to spend only $100 on clothes per month.

3.
Need
Food
Mortgage
Car payment
Affordable Clothes

Want
Designer Clothes and shoes
Excessive accessories
New clothes for every event

5. I like how the movie ends because everyone is happy. But I don't think it is realistic because it is more difficult to kick a habit than to just quit cold turkey. In addition, it is harder to sell old clothes than what she experienced: for a normal person, people won't be breaking down your door to buy your hand-me-downs.
