Confessions of a Shopaholic- Davion Martinez
Question 3:
Becky talks about being able to determine a "need" from a "want" in Confession of a Shopaholic. If you were advising Becky, how would you divide her "needs" from her "wants"? Make a 2 column list and identify her needs from her wants. Are there any items that could move from one column to another in order to better stabilize Becky's financial portfolio?
Wants:
Designer Clothes
Designer Handbags
Designer Accessories
Needs:
Work Clothes
Money to keep
Food
Question 5:
Do you agree with how the movie ends? Is it realistic?
I think it's realistic but to an extent. People don't get over an addiction that quick and you can't sell your items for full price again.
Question 4:
How does Becky deal with Bill collectors calling? How could she have avoided the embarrassment of her employer finding out that she was in debt?
She keeps making up things that keep her from seeing the bill collector and she could have avoided that situation if she paid off her bills or took some of her clothes back so she was able to pay some bills.
