Shark Tank vs. The Profit

I think Marcus Lemonis's method for investing is more effective for my company. I like his approach of being hands-on. I think it is better to see how the company operates on a daily basis rather than have people from the company describe it to the investors on Shark Tank. I also like how he takes control of the company and shows everyone how to make the company better because it can be hard to be verbally told what to do without any physical demonstration. Since there are so many clothing companies out there, I think working with Marcus Lemonis could really help me to make my company better and sell my product.

Of the investors on Shark Tank and The Profit, I think Marcus Lemonis is the best investor. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and change everything. He is reasonable with his money, and he spends whatever he needs to fix the aesthetic of the company so that more products sell. One major difference from Shark Tank is that Marcus Lemonis targets companies that are doing poorly. He invests in companies that have a good product, but are lacking in other aspects of the company and helps to turn it around. I think this is extremely smart because most people, like the investors in Shark Tank, only invest in companies that are already generating substantial revenue, but by helping turn companies around, Marcus Lemonis can make even more money then some of other investors and it helps him to build a good reputation.
