Shark Tank vs. The Profit Meghan Maguire

I think that the profit/Marcus Lemonis is better because he comes in and works directly with you to improve your company. He examines your company very well and fixes what needs to be fixed where on Shark Tank they look at the overall company and either invest or not but the don’t look as depth at the little things. Marcus Lemonis spends a lot of his time and his money to improve your company where Shark tank works to own your company. Marcus Lemonis is very knowledgeable on owning business and can be very helpful. Marcus Lemonis dose invest in business for himself and shark tank does that has well but I think Marcus Lemonis invest a little more for the well being for the investor than Shark Tank does.

For my product I would rather work with Marcus Lemoinis because he can come into my product and indivally help me with the development that I need. I think that he would help the app grow to be more of a unique and special app. There are other makeup apps outside of mine and I think that Marcus Lemonis can help me make the app more individual. I think that he can bring his knowledge in marketing and help me get my app more known and get more people to use it.

A difference between Marcus Lemonis and the investors on Shark Tank items of the way they fund is that the investors in Shark tank give a set amount of money to each company and Marcus Lemonis does different renovations to the company. Yes they both have a set budget that they give but Marcus Lemonis uses his for different things. Marucs controls where his money goes. The investors on Shark Tank just gives the money to the companies owners for them to do what they want. For example the investors on Shark Tank will give a company 1 million dollars for 50% of their company. That 1 million dollars is the money that company will get from them. With Marcus Lemonis he will fix your business with a set amount of money. He controls where his money goes. For example in the car cash episode of the Profit he did a number of different renovation to the building and to the company itself, including new uniforms, a new bathroom, a new showroom, etc.  The main difference between them is that Marcus Lemoins controls where his funds go and the investors on Shark Tank give the company's amount of money were the companies has control of where the money goes.
